Casey Tonnelly is the owner of Beyond Thinking, an anti-racist coaching and facilitation practice. Casey has over 20 years of experience in anti-racism work. They worked for the city of Seattle in the Office for Civil Rights on the Race & Social Justice Strategy team focusing on education, caucusing, equitable policy review, and leadership coaching.
