Hello! This is my story.
My path to becoming a DEI consultant and trainer included: I worked on campaigns dismantling systemic racism, inequities, and disparities associated with race, gender and class. I lobbied, organized, and spoke for social justice and criminal reform while working with the ACLU, JustLeadership, and other organizations.
As a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant and trainer, I advocate for folx within the BIPOC community as well as all other historically marginalized groups. Partners and clients have included: Gener8tor, AMFAM Corporate and Social Impact Institute, Northwestern Mutual’s Product Brew, Focus Training, and the Milkyway Tech Hub. I also train founders, CEO’s and others from different sectors of the marketplace in one-on-one sessions.
