Hello! This is my story.
Throughout her career, Andrea has helped companies create inclusive cultures that are open and welcoming for everyone. Her passion and advocacy for Diversity and Inclusion was ignited early in her career in non-profit arts marketing.
She was named one of Rolling Out Magazine’s Most Influential Women in Atlanta for her initiatives focused on cultivating diverse audiences. After 10 years in the arts, Andrea pivoted her career to become a product marketer, a certified project manager, an international events professional, and is currently a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion practitioner.
In 2020, she launched her career coaching services to help develop Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leaders of tomorrow.
